This unit, we looked into the different colours that make up the colour wheels. They used crayons and coloured pencils and experimented on mixing primary and secondary colours. They met the tertiary colours and even got new words added in their vocabulary - teal, amber, vermillion, magenta, purple. This also gave us a clear information that violet and purple are two different colours- one is a secondary colour and the other a tertiary colour.
After creating their colour wheels, they presented them in artistic ways.
